The National Resource Directory (NRD) connects wounded warriors, service members, veterans, their families and caregivers with those who support them. It provides access to services and resources at the national, state, and local levels that support recovery, rehabilitation and community reintegration.

- Veterans Job Bank
The Veterans Job Bank powered by eBenefits, a service of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense, provides Veterans with a central source for identifying Veteran-committed employment opportunities and assists America's employers in identifying qualified Veterans. A key part of the White House's ongoing commitment to improve access to employment opportunities for transitioning Service Members and Veterans, it facilitates access to hundreds of thousands of private-sector job openings specifically targeted at Veterans.

- Connecticut Veterans Job Match
As part of the Connecticut Job Match Initiative, Congressman John B. Larson, the Connecticut Department of Labor, the Connecticut Department of Veterans Services, and the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) have teamed up to launch the Connecticut Veterans Job Match. The Connecticut Veterans Job Match will sign up unemployed veterans and match them with local manufacturing and trade businesses that are hiring.
Veterans interested in participating in this program are encouraged to sign up for the job match by visiting Connecticut Job Match and clicking on either the Veterans Manufacturing or the Veterans Construction job match boxes. You can sign-up even if there are no events scheduled.

Veteran Recruiting serves the military and workers with disabilities community by providing them access to industry leading employers through their virtual career fairs and live video interviewing services.
Starting a new job is never easy, and finding the right one after serving in the military can be even more daunting, but we are here to help you every step of the way. We only work with those who have served, and their spouses. If you are transitioning in the near future, or have already left the service, we have employers who are very interested in hiring you. This is a free service to all service members, and you will benefit from a personal transition consultant that will help you:
